Mario Guevara built Phlexx out of lived experience: a hard reset, a decision to change, and the discipline to keep going long after motivation disappeared.

He came out of it in the best condition of his life and decided the only thing worth doing with that was handing it to other people. What began as one trainer in Hollywood became Phlexx Lab — a private performance studio trusted by artists, athletes, entrepreneurs and everyday people chasing uncommon standards.

He still races. The eight kilometres and eight stations he asks clients to respect are the same ones he lines up for himself, which is why nothing he programs is theoretical.
